Memorials, Tributes and Special Occasions

You can make a donation to Hope Street Kids in honor of a loved one, a friend, or a special occasion by using our online form or by printing the form to fax or mail.

At your request, Hope Street Kids will send a card to the honoree or to his/her family in acknowledgement of your special donation. The contribution amount will not be disclosed.

When we receive your gift, we will send you a confirmation of donation for tax purposes.
